Malaysian dry beef

Material :170g small onion, 3 garlic, 15 dried red chili peppers, 5 slices fresh ginger, 5 lemongrass, diced, 3g coriander seeds, 4g fennel seeds, 4g cumin seeds, nutmeg 1 pc, vegetable oil 15ml, beef 565g, cut into 2.5cm cubes, 20g sugar, 185g shredded coconut, 5 cloves, 1 cinnamon, 395ml coconut milk, 205ml water, salt to taste

1. Put shredded coconut in a dry pan and fry until golden, set aside to cool. 2. Combine the small onion, garlic, bell pepper, ginger, and lemongrass in a blender or food processor to a thick paste. 3. Crush the coriander, fennel, cumin and nutmeg. 4. Put a little oil in the pan and fry the small onion for a few minutes. Add coriander powder, fennel, cumin and nutmeg. Stir fry continuously for 3-4 minutes. Add the beef and continue to fry over medium heat for another 3-4 minutes or until the beef is browned. 5. Add sugar, shredded coconut, cloves, cinnamon root, coconut milk and water. After boiling, turn to low heat and cook until the juices have evaporated and the beef is tender, about 1 hour. Then add some salt.

Malay Fried Rice Noodles
